Staff and rooms were very good and I especially loved that the place was fairly clean. The room was airy with exceptionally comfortable beds.

Staff were so very friendly and polite day and night. Got Wheelchair Accessible room, as expected. The large bathroom and the rest was immaculately clean. Ideal location to Thanneermukkom;))

I loved the absolutely courteous staff and the excellent food. Great view, a nice balcony, good bed, too. Everything was amazing as expected, nevertheless the bathroom was a little tired.

I visited Alappuzha for a holiday and had a perfectly pleasant experience at this hotel. Check in was early, staff was professional. Restaurant was cheap and overall clean.

There were perfect location and staff. Huge bathroom, nice bed, lovely bedroom. I liked Indian cuisine served here. The pool was excellent, good after a tiring day😀

Outstandingly accommodating staff and I loved the restaurant where I had an astonishing breakfast. They made my stay superb. The restaurant was pleasant. Relaxed by the pool, it was good, especially when the weather was wonderful.

Pleasant stay. Views and amenities were great, but most important - everything was very clean. The jewel in the crown was helpful staff.

It was a business hotel in Alappuzha. Thoroughly enjoyed that they had onsite restaurant Citrus Cafe, no need to go somewhere else. Large fully equipped room. Fortunately, Wi Fi was available.

We had a COMFORTABLE stay that met the purpose, would not hesitate to return there. Best base for a holiday in Alappuzha.
